General Information

What kind of knives do you sell?

Over the years we have developed quite the inventory. We carry fixed blade knives, folding knives, assisted opening, automatic knives, kitchen cutlery (home and professional use) and more. If you have a need for it, we most likely carry it. 

Do you sell anything besides knives?

We absolutely do! Aside from knives, House of Blades also carries zippo lighters, flashlights, hats and apparel, Yeti coolers, and more. If you have any questions regarding products, please contact us. We have a devoted team ready to answer any and all questions you might have. 

Aside from sales, we also offer such services like custom engraving, knife sharpening, custom titanium anodizing and HD T-Shirt Design and Printing (coming soon)!

What's the quality like on your Knives?

We are authorized dealers on ALL the products we sell. We believe in quality and want to provide the best to our customers. We carry a wide  assortment of knives ranging in prices, but remember the old saying: You get what you pay for. If a knife costs more, it's probably because it's better. Often the only difference between the prices of knives is the cost of the materials. If you have questions about a specific knife, please fill out our Contact Us Form.

Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. BUT all purchases over $50 is FREE!

When will my order ship?

We ask that you allow us 1-2 business days after payment is complete to ship your package.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

Order Inquiries

Has my order shipped and how can I track my shipment?

You can view all of your orders, their shipment history, and tracking information by logging into your account and selecting "View Order Status".

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us before the item is shipped. We usually ship items same day so once an item is packed and shipped you will have to follow the return and exchange policies provided here.

My order never arrived.

Please contact Customer Service at (817) 439-9797 with your order ID so that we can assist you in the matter

An item is missing or damaged.

We ask that you contact us at (817) 439-9797 within 72 hours to resolve the issue. We offer free return shipping on all incorrectly shipped or damaged items. Please have your order number available so we can assist you in a timely manner.

I received the incorrect item.

We ask that you contact us with in 72 hours to resolve the issue. We offer free return shipping on all incorrectly shipped or damaged items. Please have your order number available so we can assist you in a timely manner.

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For more information, check out our shipping and returns page.

Can I exchange the product if I don't like it?

Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 30 days. We recommend you insure any package being returned to us. If your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do. If the item is being returned for a refund, it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

What forms of payment do you allow?

We accept payments from PayPal and all major credit cards. We do not accept money orders or checks.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Unfortunately, if you live in the state of Texas you will have to pay sales tax. No one can escape Uncle Sam.

Can I buy gift certificates for this site?

Gift certificates are available for the House of Blades website and can only be used at houseofblades.com. If you are interested in a gift card for the House of Blades store front please give us a call at 817-237-7721 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

For all new customers wanting to create an account click here. For those wishing to edit your account information, simply log into your account, select "My Account" in the top left corner of the home screen, and go to "Your Account Details".
